Mike Morley Update

I am amazed and amazingly fit so can't find an excuse to stay longer. Today we have had hot 26C sunshine and no rain. The day started perfectly with exercises and a light breakfast while enjoying listening to the radio and music, fabulous views over the Karigali National Park, with the Cookaboro, Cockatoo's and Paraketes all joining in. Its is a fab situation with loads of wildlife, Possams, Wallabies the lot right over the balcony.Duty called at 8.30am so off to church and the obligatory prayers for you all like it or not.Back home and a chance to sunbath by the pool while listening to more music, a compilation of Andrew LLoyd Webbers greatest musicals from Cats to Evita and the fabulous Elain Page. Max volume as no one about. Beats cycling any day. I'm in serious need of replenishing my UK suntan, left between the sheets in hospital while ill. Those Nurses did a fabulous job and my dreams have been great!Helen arrived on Q at 12noon and cooked me the most fabulous Brunch before I set off for a bike ride and exercise, down to the beach. Its not fair is it. A mere 17km today to the beach after my overstretching work out yesterday off road in the Cascade and over to friends in Turramurra. 27km and a little too hilly resulting in a severe reprimand from my Trainer and Nurse. Must rush now off to Cinema to see the acclaimed Australian before a smashing dinner tonight.Ttfn Mike Morley
