Clive, thanks for your kind comments about the Carol Service and the catering staff. I will pass this on to Barbara and Natalie.I must reciprocate by thanking you also for all the help you gave especially finding readers. The Vicar and everyone were delighted with the beautiful singing voice of Harley Day and the entertainment given by Clarissa in helping mum, Liz Vernon to read the lesson. Margaret Marsh noted how appropriate this was at Christmas, in her commentary. Although the numbers were down this year I think that the contribution given by Sutton Cycling Club made it a memorable service. Thanks also to Pete for posting that blog.
